The Graduation Rates provided are defined by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC): the percentage of graduates who complete the program within 150% of the program length measured in credits.

Graduation rates are calculated as follows:

Students who started in November 2021 to October 2022 and completed their degree in November 2022 to October 2023

Graduates Nov 2022 to October 2023 = Grad Rate
Start Nov 2021 to October 2022

The Placement Rates provided are defined by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC): the percentage of graduates who are employed in their field of study within nine (9) months of graduation.
