The Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) equips the student with the knowledge and skills necessary to promote, maintain, and restore the well-being of the client, the family, and the community in a holistic manner. Likewise, the student will develop skills by practicing in simulated environments and clinical experiences. Upon licensure, graduates of this program may practice as a Registered Nurse.

Admission requirements

  • Proof of High School Diploma or recognized equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment.
  • Schedule to take or provide a composite score of 58.7 (ASN) or higher on the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) nursing entrance examination (version 7) completed within the last 12 months.

  • Acceptable background check and drug screening
  • Director of Nursing Interview
  • Proof of good physical and mental health
