2022 was a year like no other! Without question, 2022 has been defined by moments that showcase NUC University Florida Technical College’s extraordinary impact.

We are proud to have been a part of incredible partnerships, impactful events, and achieved many milestones and awards during 2022. To start the year, we presented awards to industry partners, partnered with Alianza Center to provide a summer camp for children in Osceola County, and launched a scholarship program in partnership with Heart of Florida United Way to award full scholarships to adults seeking their high school diploma. We also partnered with the Miami Dolphins to distribute meals to families in need, opened a commercial-grade kitchen at its South Florida campus, and held a signature back-to-school event in which over 5,000 attendees received free backpacks and school supplies. FTC won several awards, including the Institution of the Year Award and the Medium Size Business of the Year Award. The college’s VP of Student Financial Services received the Education – Believe and Succeed Award, and the college’s president received several awards including the Ignitors of the Year Award and the Hispanic Community Champion Award.
